MRZ Limited Corporation was formed in the year 2001 as a means to provide rental homes in the Tallahassee, Leon County, Florida area. Because we believed people deserve the best for their housing needs, our goal was to provide clean, well-kept homes in quiet neighborhoods with affordable pricing.

Our homes were located in Tallahassee's finest school zones, and the groomed landscaping and family atmosphere provides a wonderfulenvironment in which to live. Our homes are convenient to local banks, shopping, recreation and dining businesses, and are positioned close to employment opportunities located in the Tallahassee area.

We are proud to announce beginning in the year 2005, we have added both a climate control storage facility and a pre-owned vehicle dealership under the umbrella of MRZ. The same quality care for your needs will be met by MRZ Storage located at 2908 Mahan Drive in Tallahassee, and Auto Showcase of Tallahassee located at 3116 West Tennessee Street in Tallahassee.

Now in April 2007, we have added another fantastic property to the MRZ family! The MRZ CENTRE in beautiful downtown Tallahassee located at 118 North Monroe is sure to be the next terrific opportunity for the professionals in our city! By offering records management, we will keep the same professionalism that we have extended in our other ventures, and we look forward to serving those who make a difference in our community!
