Tallahassee is Florida's State Capital.

with most major air carriers. Passenger rail service is available on
AMTRAK's Sunset Limited, a transcontinental route from Los Angeles to Miami.
Tallahassee is a three-hour drive from Jacksonville and Pensacola
and a five-hour trip from Tampa, Orlando and Atlanta.

community and university art, dance, music and theater groups as well as a symphony
